Task Label Management

The Task Label section under Task Settings allows users to view, edit, and manage different task labels within the system. This includes viewing label details, changing their information, and performing other administrative tasks related to task labels.

To access the Task Label section:

  1. Click on the Settings icon in the left sidebar menu.
  2. Select Task Settings from the dropdown options.
  3. Choose Task Label from the sub-menu.

Task Label Management Interface

Within the Task Label interface, there are three menus:

  • List: Displays a list of all task labels with detailed information.
  • Deleted: Shows task labels that have been deleted.
  • Activities: Likely displays a log of activities related to task label management.

Show Entries

  • Input Type: Dropdown
  • Description: Allows you to select the number of entries to display per page.
  • Options: 10, 25, 50
  • Input Type: Text field
  • Description: Enables searching for specific task labels by entering keywords such as title or ID.

Task Label List

The task label list provides detailed information about each task label and includes the following columns:

Task Label ID

  • Description: Displays the unique identifier for the task label.

Title

  • Description: Shows the title of the task label.

Color

  • Description: Provides a color associated with the task label.

Description

  • Description: Provides a brief description of the task label. You can click "Show More" to view the full description.

Action

  • Description: Provides options to edit or delete the task label.
  • Edit: Permits you to modify the task label's details.
  • Delete: Allows you to remove the task label from the system.
